Scripture Writing Challenge for July: 31 Days in Proverbs

Summer time is here – and our routines have slowed. I know mine has in some ways. Yet, one routine that should not be going out the window is our time in God’s Word. So, here we are with another Scripture Writing Challenge- and this one is going to have us in Proverbs all month long!

July Scripture Writing Challenge is here! Don't let summer take away your time in God's Word! Use it to dig deep into the book of Proverbs!

I know most of our other scripture writing challenges have been topical. I like that approach – but many people have emailed and said they would love to camp out somewhere. So, this month, we are going to go through one Proverbs a day and write one verse each day.

I did pick out the one verse you should write out- but my hope is that you will read the whole chapter of Proverbs for the day. Really let that chapter soak in.

I tried to highlight several topics that are discussed in Proverbs. Things like:

  • Our words
  • Wisdom
  • Being a Godly Woman
  • Pride and Humility
  • Child Training

And so much more!

Now, on to the writing challenge!

Kids Scripture Writing Challenge

School might be out- but the kids should still be writing scripture too!

For those of you who like to write the scripture in your own notebook – here is an image. Also, feel free to share it on Social Media! There is a lot of horrible stuff that people share – the news is never good! Share some of God’s Word! Don’t forget to use the hashtag #worshipfullivingscriputrewritingchallenge so that others in our community will be encouraged by your time in God’s Word!

There is so much wisdom - on so many topics - in the book of Proverbs! Writing out just one of these verses a day will give you so much wisdom to chew on for the day!

Past Scripture Writing Challenges:

Even though these months have passed- be sure you check out the other writing challenges we have done. They are eventually going to end up in our Store, so make sure you get them while they are still free!

Wish that your writing challenge had room enough for what you’ve listed. For example today’s passage: Proverbs 3:5-7 needs about 5 times as many lines to write it out.
